Articles are words used before nouns to define them as specific or non-specific. There are three articles: a, an, the.
हिंदी: Article noun से पहले आता है – A/An = कोई भी एक, The = विशेष/निर्धारित।
2. Use of A/An
- “A” is used before consonant sounds (a book, a boy).
- “An” is used before vowel sounds (an apple, an hour).
- Sound matters, not spelling (an honest man – “h” silent).
