Number System questions test divisibility, factors, multiples, LCM/HCF and remainders. In SSC GD, most questions are direct and formula-based—speed matters.
संख्या पद्धति में विभाज्यता, गुणनखंड, LCM/HCF, तथा शेषफल (remainder) पर सवाल आते हैं। SSC GD में ज़्यादातर सवाल सीधे होते हैं—तेज़ी से solve करना लक्ष्य है।
Professor Tip: पहले formula याद, फिर 5 सवाल speed से, फिर 1-2 सवाल deep समझ से.
Important Formulas / महत्वपूर्ण सूत्र
LCM × HCF = Product of two numbers (दो संख्याओं के लिए).
If N divisible by 9 → sum of digits divisible by 9.
If N divisible by 11 → (sum of odd place digits − sum of even place digits) divisible by 11.
Remainder when a is divided by b = a mod b.
